TERMS:
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID. Checks are accepted and must be cleared prior to shipping. ALL returned checks are subject to a $30.00 processing fee. A valid credit card must accompany ALL orders, even if payment is to be submitted by alternative method. The card on file will not be charged for merchandise unless requested by the customer, however, is subject to restocking fees for cancelled orders.

SHIPPING:
All merchandise ships F.O.B. Pensacola, FL through UPS or USPS. Alternative shipping methods may be requested if prepaid; Completion date is out of the warehouse date not in-store date.

RETURNS:
Return merchandise MUST have prior authorization from ML and be shipped freight pre-paid for future credit. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on the returned merchandise. ALL returned merchandise must be in its original full prepack ONLY. If merchandise returned is out of packaging, a credit will not be issued on that merchandise.

DAMAGES:
ALL damages or shortage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. (Based on delivery tracking information). On verifiable damages, the customer has the option of exchanging the item or keeping the item and receiving an additional 15% discount on that specific item for a retained future credit.

CANCELLATIONS:
ALL cancellations must be received in writing via E-mail, mail, or faxed directly to ML Fashions Inc. ALL cancellations must be received within 30 days after order date or a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. (25% restocking fee will be charged in lieu of merchandise).
