Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return:
1. Call for RA Number
2. Include a copy of invoice in your return with returning items
3. Returns must be shipped prepaid.
4. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
5. If a return is sent without an authorization, there will be a 30%
penalty fee charged on your credit.
Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, then credit will automatically be applied to your next open order.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be Credited.
Exchanges (if applicable)
ALL exchanges must be notified within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. (Day shipment is signed for.) We only replace items if they are manufacturer defect or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please first send us an email at email@example.com and wait for approval.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
